I have a big problem. During the day and night game runs very smoothly. But when I drive near the street lamps I have a big drop in FPS.
Installed add-ons:
ProMods and RusMap + Real Gas Station.
Can it be off? With settings I have gone down quite low.

The Real Gas Station mod can cause problems with ProMods as the changes conflict with each other. The only option is to remove the Real Gas Station mod. ProMods adds many realistic petrol stations anyway.

In street lamps you mean big crossroads with many bridges and ramps?! Your Graphic settings are too high, first lower scaling to 100% (raise later when you got good fps) then put mirror setting all medium. Try put all other to medium first and start carefully rising what you keep important. PM map is huge with lots of improvements, so it drops 20-35% fps in averige 2-4 year old PC.
