I've started ETS in the 64-bit mode and I've dissambled all the mods but the game still crashed

I think it's wrong mod loader that causing this or you have some DLC that is not correctly installed.
You should have loaded from bottom: promods-assets-v217, promods-model1-v217, promods-model2-v217, promods-model3-v217, promods-media-v217, promods-map-v217 and promods-def-v217.
Game.log still says x86 that means it has loaded in 32-bit mode. You should have edited start options with -64bit for the game in Steam Library.

You own some modded Scania trucks, but you have removed your Scania truck mod - please sell these Scania trucks before remove the Scania mod.

Still in 32bit, go steam library - ETS2 - properties - set launch options, add: -64bit

Your problem is that you removed truck mod without selling truck(s) first! Put mod(s) back and sell those trucks then remove mod again.
