i try to download the files via free links because i don't have an Pay Pal account.. i have manage to download 1 file then on the seccond file i got this error "Daym gurl! You've been blocked.

If it is this one (https://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/) then yes, it probably is a download accelerator like @Volleybal4life mentioned.
If you disable that program it probably will work again after the block is ended.

Promods Server Administrator
Of cours it blocks you when you use a download accelerator. They(Promods) limit the max download speed so that everyone that want to use the free download option, can use it without there ISP's getting angry about network usage. So everyone that uses the free download option need to accept the slower speed. If you use a download accelerator you try to bypass that restriction, so they then block you from downloading for a short period of time. If you want a fast download, use the paid option, there is no limitor on your download speed.
