Promods incompatible with 1.27 ?

I bought the latest version of ProMods v217 and followed the instructions. Once i started the game and got into the mods tab it said that the mod is not compatible with my current game version which is 1.27. All mods appear "Incompatible"... What should I do?
Okay, my problem seems to be the missing Going East DLC... I have only scandinavia. Why wasn't that mentioned in the download page? I paid $1 for nothing I guess..

If you have a game on Steam you have to check your game files. To do that, right click on game and choose properties.
