Hello everyone, i'm pretty new to writing anything on here, but i require some help. I understand ETS 2 has just updated itself which now makes ProMod's in its current version 'incompatible' i have tried taking mods off of my Active Mod section with no luck, it comes up with a crash and shuts the sim down immediately does anyone know when Pro Mods will be updated to be compatible again or is it a case of just keep checking.
Please help, much appreciated

The latest ProMods release v2.17 is incompatible with the recently released v1.28 of ETS2, yes. The team has stated that there will be a ProMods v2.18, which will be a compatibility update for ETS2 v1.28 only. (The large upgrade v2.20 is still undergoing beta testing.) Earlier, the team has also stated that they have this compatibility update v2.18 basically ready and waiting for the release of ETS v1.28, so I would think it shouldn't be long now (but that is only my guess; they will release when it's ready).
An alternative to waiting is to temporarily downgrade your game to v1.27 in Steam. You do this via Properties > Betas.

I have now updated ETS to 2.18 and have downloaded compatible Pro Mods to go with it, but everytime i try and load up my save profile it keeps coming up saying ProMods is missing??? I thought it would just automatically update itself.. Its frustrating me now is there something i'm missing here
