This is not full game.log, so it does not say what your latest mods is used.
Can you post full game.log in between CODE tags or on pastebin?

As I have no idea what code tags are... here's the link on Pastebin:

The only mods running are Promods 2.2, the latest Promods Trailer & Companies pack and Rusmap 1.7.2. That's it.

Your RusMap is a bit outdated. The current version of RusMap is 1.7.4.
The current PM-RusMap connection file is designed for RusMap 1.7.4 and ProMods 2.20.
I suggest you update RusMap and the connection file for joining RusMap to ProMods.

Also, I strongly suggest you remove previous versions of mods when you update them.
Once you have the up-to-date versions installed, there is no reason to keep the previous versions in your mods folder.
