Can you post game.log between CODE tags or on pastebin?
Can you try with only Promods and add one by one mod until you found the culprit?
It could be the other mods that has the problems because I can see clearly you use other mods.

Afaik you cannot use Poland Rebuilding (Now Great Poland map ?) and Promods together

Mmh sorry,
Actually it's a weather mod issue (Realistic Graphics)
Climate defs conflicting with Promods.
This mod contains also road looks and lights defs if I remember well : so other possible sources of issues.

If you did use also Promods Compatibility Addon for Realistic Graphics and placed it over Realistic Graphics Mod by Frkn64, it will work fine.
If it's another realistic graphics mod, this is different, difficult and it will be no.
