Freezing as I enter Perth

I have a problem with the game freezing at the same place everytime I try to enter Perth. I'm using latest ETS2 with all DLC. I only have Pro Mods no other mods installed.

Error from game log:

Maybe you are missing Promods 2.25 model 3 file mounted?
It looks like it by your part of game.log.

Hmmm... strange. That model is the market stall, and I've never had a problem with it
You could try unpacking and reinstalling the ProMods files, or create a new profile and see if the same error occurs.

BTW, "m0d3l" should not be confused with "model3"
