Problem adding promods to my in game mods file

Hello, I have downloaded promods successfully. However when added to the game mods it will not let me move it to the mod file?? It is showing but saying incompatable. I currently have version 1.30.2.2s. please help!

If it says incompatible you can click the I (INFO) button and the game will tell you why
