Hi, I've tried multiple times to get out of Belfast, but can't because of a game crash. It is happening south of Belfast on the A1 before Lisburn near the distance board.

First of all, you're trying to load both the stand-alone and the replacement variants of the ProMods TCP Trailer Definitions. Load only either or! And furthermore (if that doesn't help), you're loading many mods other than ProMods. Please try with only ProMods enabled.
ProMods moderator, translator, and tester. ATS and ETS2 player and modder. Author e.g. of the Profile Jumpstart mods. Fennoswede from the Finnish archipelago.

Alright thank you I got it fixed. I don't think it was a promos problem my bad. thanks for helping me though.

There is a problem with an asset in Belfast that causes a crash when using OpenGL. No crash occurs when using DirectX but that is not an option for you (MacOS X only supports OpenGL). The asset generates these errors in your game.log:

After the errors are generated, the game will crash when you try to leave the Belfast area (in any direction). I have identified the buggy asset and reported the problem in our bug tracking system, bug #10426.
