So I installed promods 2.25 and rus map 1.8
I have all the required DLC and it's a new fresh save I installed on. The mod packages are in the correct order but, as the game tries to load it stops midway and gives me the "either a mod is corrupted or incompatible window and suggest to try load another save.
The main error in the log seems to be "incorrect core map version"
I am running 1.30 version of ETS2

I checked all the mod packages and none files are corrupt.

Excuse all the used old mods piling the log up haven't cleaned stuff up in a year or so.
Save game refuses to load (promods+rusmap)

Okay I'll try. I reverted to the older version because the new version crashed during loading. Hope it helps now tho.

(I see that your problem is solved, I just want to add my two cents to the discussion)
ProMods 2.25 will run with any version of ETS2 v1.30.x (including ETS2 v1.30.1.6), but RusMap v1.8 needs ETS2 v1.30.1.14 or higher because it uses the new map format introduced by SCS in v1.30.1.14.
From what I've read around the SCS forum you should not be running with any "-mm_pool_size" parameter unless you know that you need it. This parameter used to be helpful on 32-bit systems with low amounts of system memory in the earlier versions of ETS2. It will limit the amount of memory available to parts of the game engine.

Thank you both, got everything running smoothly now!
Only thing is I noticed that the truck physics changed quite radically
The accelerator doesn't feel too responsive/truck feels three times heavier now even without the trailer
*edit* I tried to rise to volume level of an engine from the engine .def file. It apparently does not raise actual volume but has something to do with acceleration.
