Your game.log does not show any error messages right before the crash, but it does show some Open-GL specific error messages:

I can see the last place you "teleported" to was the service center in Belfast.
  1. Can you tell us where you were driving when the crash occurred?
  2. Can you remove all mods except ProMods from your game profile (or start a new profile with only ProMods) and try to reproduce the crash?

I was just going on the M2 when it crashed, twice. I know that all the Jazzycat mods are up to date.

Like Josh says, you are using a lot of other mods. Could you please try to reproduce with only ProMods active?
ProMods moderator, translator, and tester. ATS and ETS2 player and modder. Author e.g. of the Profile Jumpstart mods. Fennoswede from the Finnish archipelago.

I see you are using TCP 1.15 too, try updating it to TCP 1.16.
