[2.26] Crash Going into Italy

I'm crashing at the same spot.

I have 2.26 loaded with:
Rusmap 1.8
Project Balkans 2.7
Scandinavia Mod
Poland Rebuilding 2.1
The Great Steppe 1.03
Paris Rebuild 2.1
Southern Region 6.52 (with the fix)

I had a bunch of Jazzycat mods and some Graphics mods too but i disabled them and still get the crash. Never seen one like this, it crashes witha KERNELBAS.dll error

There was also the same crash in the german Subforum. It was a problem with Project Balkans which adds Udine. So maybe one of the other Map Mods is not compatible with PB.

I've the same problem from Udine to Lienz. Now I try to remove Project Balkans.
