Help Identifying Big FPS Drops In 2.26

Hi, please can someone take a look at my game.log and help me to fix whatever is causing the FPS in the game to drop so much?

I have tried lowering settings but I still keep getting big FPS drops (from say 70-80 down to 40-50 FPS) and lots of stuttering. It appears to be a problem with loading sounds or sections of road. Is there a way to fix this? I am using ProMods 2.26 and Rusmap and The Great Steppe (basically all the maps recommended to work with PM). Thanks for any help.

no of these lines causing FPS drops. Your Hardware might be too bad, lowering Graphics Settings will help

I have an R9 290X and I'm using medium settings at 2560x1440. It runs ok but I am getting quite a lot of drops for some reason. I just thought it was strange how it seems to happen quite often and thought perhaps it's when sections of map are loading but maybe it's not that.
