Crash in North Italy

The game CTD when I was driving in North Italy, I retry it but the same result happen. I have upload the game log below

You have alot mods active
Try only PM and RM activated because it's probably a mod conflict.
And have a look on your load order of the map mods.

oic, I will try to change that line.

In my understanding the mod should able to modified once I change them to zip right?

My load order should be correct as I have look though different forum for the right combination, and add other accessories at top
