Use Direct X not OpenGL.

He is using DirectX because I can see game has selected rendering device as dx9.
You don't need this at end in startup options in game properties because it's old feature when 64-bit was not officially supported long time ago.

Anyway, can you try with Promods only and add one by one mod until you found the culprit?
I suspect other mods is causing this because I see you have a lot of other mods mounted.
