When I first installed ProMods, it was also on a Vanilla Profile with lik 60k km before and it worked fine. Maybe try reinstalling th base game file and test it agaim.

Seems I managed to fix it. In the save I tried to load I had my Truck parked in Uppsala (Sweden). Seems having the Truck Parked in Uppsala causes the game to crash. Well it's on the "border" where new content is added.
