Road Blocked

hey!
i have all the official scs dlcs + promods 2.27+rusmap 1.8+southern region map and its running smooth.
when i was travelling around helsinki i witnessed that an exit from highway e-18 to highway 55 near "porvoo" was blocked.i am attaching an image for refenence
please have it corrected asap!
