which folder for the pro mod? is this right?

pretty sure i have the correct folder, although i had to create a mod folder inside it, it is not the steam folder, but i noticed there is no actual game to launch in this folder, here are some screen shots of where i put the mod (when i launch the game no pro mods show in the mods list only steam mods)
