When extracting files, the 7zip (or WinRAR) program requires that all files of the archive have exactly the same name (except for the file extensions of ".001" through ".007"). When some of your files have "(1)" in the filename then this rule is broken, because some of the files have a different name than the other files.
If you have downloaded all files, and you remove the "(1)" from any filenames, then you should be able to test and extract as the tutorial instructs.
If you still have trouble, please share another picture of your files after you have enabled showing the extensions, and after you have removed the "(1)" from any files.
