And you are loading a few mods which may, or may not, work with ProMods. But that's something you can test yourself.

I see you're using a lot of mods. And you ran out of memory. Even though you have 32GB of RAM, I saw it happening in the past as well...

Any idea on how I can stop it running out of memory which is just annoying especially when my computer is more than capable :/

I don't understand, in my mod manager my ProMods and RusMap are in the correct load order?

Reduce the amount of mods you use. Or lower the graphic settings.
