Ok have looked at some older messages on here and discovered my problem has already been reported - looks like it's an issue with the TCP.
It was an issue with the original upload of the TCP. It was fixed the same day, you need to redownload it.

Have done that, all working fine now. That will teach me for being impatient and wanting to download on day of release!
