2.27 and 2.30 not showing in Mod Manager

Hi i need some help. Payed and downloaded the 2.27 and 2.30, but i cant see the promods mods in the modmanager anymore. I installed the 2.27 in the mod folder c:/User/my user name/duc/ETS2/mod, but i could'nt see the mods in modmanager, so i thougt it was a bug, so i dl 2.30, but same problem, and cant find my other profiles? Do i need to reinstall ETS2?

Mods are stored in Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\mod, try to extract PM 2.30 files there.

When did they change the direktion where to install the mods?
