OMV info bord - "no texture found"

If I drive from the highway to the omv entrance, there is a big overhead info board.
The sign is red, with the words "no texture found"

I had also this Bug. When I am right, was it the Real Company Pack by Tamiel. But please Post your game.log as bmwGTR said.
