Crashes while loading 2.30/1.31

What I did wrong?
Version switched to 1.31 in Steam

Looks like a mod conflict to me. Try removing your jazzycat mods and try only the map mods enabled.

I found a mistake: There was RUSMOD Connection V2.27 instead V2.30. I switched to right one.
But it didn't help. Game is still crashing during loading.
I tried without any additional mods, only maps from the list - it's the same.

Are you using an Traffic Mod ?

@mecalac Your traffic packs (jazzycat) are still activated. Please deactivate them and try it again.

I deactivated Jazzycats, station, traffic and still the same
there are only mods mentioned on Promods order list

Probably some of the map mods cause the problem because the rest seems to be fine.
Try only ProMods and Rusmap enabled. If it works fine add map mod after map mod to it (remember activating the legacy fix then).

It works with promods and rusmap only.
I am going to check other map mods tomorrow.

load order in manager ...take a look at suggested prioritylist

disable real gas stations mod and investigate the Ai TrafRealist mod, not sure what includes
use a simple traffic density mod instead, which only tweak the traffic density
