I've got the same issue here. Installed 2.31 and it crashes to desktop while loading. Tried several times with same result.
Would like to attach the game log, but can't attach it as a file and it's too big to fit in the text window.

Please open your own topic next time. Without a game.log you can never be sure your issue is the same as one other's.
