I downloaded Promods and it keeps crashing in loadingscreen. I removed all Promods and it worked but when i'm trying with promods it crashes.

@AaNie-01, is the game actually crashing to desktop, or does it just appear to freeze while loading? I suspect your game just appears to freeze: try waiting longer. The step that the game.log shows it is working on can take a several minutes to complete depending on which mods you use.
This is also a problem (but not the cause of your crash/freeze): You are loading both "promods-tcp-def-trailers-standalone-v120.scs" and "promods-tcp-def-trailers-replacement-v120.scs". You cannot use both at the same time, you must choose one or the other.
Also please have a look at the recommended mod load order: [Q&A] Load order for recommended compatible maps [1.32].
