if i see it right you checked in the ProMods ST, but you are not bought the DLC Special Transport.
download a new ProMods def without ST.

Could you show us a screenshot of all ProMods files with their sizes visible?

As I thought - your file "promods-model2-v232.scs" isn't complete. Probably something went wrong when extracting.
