Hi,
My ETS2 is still on update 1.32 because I can't update pro mods unless I have the Italy DLC. I don't have the Italy DLC on 1.32, so if I upgraded to the latest version would I be able to use Pro mods without the Italy DLC?

no Italy DLC is needed for ProMods 2.30 and beyond. You've to downgrade to 1.31 and use PM 2.27, when you don't have the DLC.
