I did have another simmilaar error with the livestock trailer using the same cargopack but didn't grab the log

This is using the standalone version.

full log please. And verify, that the problem exist with TCP and ProMods only.

I was using the Jazzycat pack, do you just want me to try with just only promods and the trailer pack or just no other trailer mods?

Hi,

you are missing some files of the TCP. It should look like this:
ProMods Trailer & Company Pack 1.20 Trailers Def Replacement (or Standalone if necessary; do not activate both!)
ProMods Trailer & Company Pack 1.20 Trailers Def Main
ProMods Trailer & Company Pack 1.20 Trailers
ProMods Trailer & Company Pack 1.20 Companies Def
ProMods Trailer & Company Pack 1.20 Companies

But in your case, you have just:
ProMods Trailer & Company Pack 1.20 Trailers
ProMods Trailer & Company Pack 1.20 Trailers Def Standalone
