Can you made a new profile only with ProMods and see what happens? If you crash, then post your game.log with pastebin : https://pastebin.com/ , because your link will not work.

Okay now i know what mod was causing it to crash, it was the AI vehicle pack. Now i need to test promods to see if it works.
