I read the free unpacking the mod part in the blog section and it says the files are not corrupt I have tried downloading it quite a few times and still comes up that the archive is corrupt how can I stop this?

Have you downloaded all parts and are they in the same folder?
Try only to extract the first file, all other should extract automatically.
If it still doesn't work, post a screenshot of all downloaded files.
