After updating ETS2 to 1.34 and pro mods 2.33 the game would crash to desktop screen so after checking different mods one by one i found the grimes early autumn mod for ets 1.33 was the culprit upon removing this ets2 1.34 and pro mods 2.33 loaded up without any further issue but it's only a fix if you previously had the Grimes early autumn mod installed

This is the problem of the graphics mods which causes each time issues when a new version come, and the people don't even notice it ...
