Doesn’t work

Hi, I have euro truck simulator 2 and the map booster DCL (everyone) on steam and I’m using a mac and today I bought the 1$ promod and downloaded it and added it to the etsm2-mod map but when I start the game and I go to mods there’s nothing there what could I do?

1. Did you unzip the downloaded package's content to the "mod" folder?
2. And did you get the correct def file for it too?
3. is the "mod" folder in the same main folder as "game.log.txt"?
4. If you see a file named "base.scs" in the same folder you have the "mod" folder in, then go to step 3.

Yes I unzipped it, and I don’t know if I got the correct file, how do I know that? I don’t even have a folder named “game.log.txt” and I see a file named base.csc but not in the same folder I have “mod”

Have you ever started the game?
Then you should have a game.log.txt and it is not a folder, but a file.
Did you download a def file too?
Without it the map mod will not work.

You could link a picture of your mod folder?

Yes i downloaded a def file and I found a game.log.txt should I put that in my mod folder, the picture of my folder was too big but I have a folder named Euro truck simulator 2 and in that I have a folder named “mod” it still doesn’t work

The folder that contains game.log.txt file, that folder, it has the mod folder too, right?
Then you have the right mod folder.

Start the game, load your profile where you trie to have your mods.
You should atleast see the def file.
Add ProMods if you can.
Either if it works or not.

Post the gamel.log.txt's text here, if not too big.
Add them between code tags.
