ProMods + ROEXTENDED + RusMap

Hello! I got a problem, everytime i try to load ProMODS, ROEXTENDED and RusMap it crashes and i tought it may be the order.
Can someone tell me the correct order for theese? (and yes i've checked the internet and nothing helped me with my issue)
