[1.34+2.40] Game crashes when trying to save in Seydisfjordur (Iceland)

The game crashes to desktop or freezes on the save screen whenever I try and save in Seydisfjordur (Iceland). The same also occurs when I try and use the ferry, however the game is fine if I try and save elsewhere outside of the Seydisfjordur city limits, and is fine with saving in other cities.

It seems that your game is having trouble saving to the Steam Cloud. These are the only meaningful errors I see in your game.log. If this is not the cause of your game crash then I have no idea. You are using a number of mods besides ProMods.
