Promods crash

Hello everybody, I'm using the standard promods map. I downloaded the mod yesterday, and i found some casualties
As soon as i had set up my mods, i was starting up the game.
And, i saw in that short how-to-do video, you had to set the mods in the right direction, so i did. So i enabled the mods, and clicked on my profile, and the game was loading.
But while it was loading for a few seconds; the game crashed!
I don't understand what happened, can someone explain this to me?
So, when I start up the game, i can just play it

Could you please show us your game.log? You can find it in your My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder, open it in notepad.exe. Copy the content to
www.pastebin.com, provide the link here.

To be honest, i have no idea why that is there.

I actually never do things in there, i even didn't have no knowledge earlier to get there lol

Is there a way to fix it, is this the problem it doesn't start?

Could you please post a screenshot of the contents of your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder?
