Low traffic on Spanish highways

As from topic, today I worked in Spain and noticed that AI traffic, especially trucks, was below average. Has anyone noticed the same thing?

I have driven a couple of times there and I see it normal.

Only trucks and sounds mod, no maps.

in Spain you have many highways with 3 or more lanes + big interchanges.
if you play without a traffic mod which increase the density, then it is normal that you will have there less traffic.
