You also need to update Southern Region to 7.9, you're running 7.8.

Well, now I am really confused. I don't understand, I am running SR 7.9... How is that possible that in the game log is written 7.8?

Hi,

you are using SR 7.9 - it is written in the game.log as SR 7.8 because it is no full update, it's "just" a compatibility update for 1.35.

Oh yes, thanks, I realised it later. But still, it crashes... I wanted to play the original promods map without roextended and yksrsk, but it seems I'm unable to do so. After disabling these 2 map mods, game still crashes. I don't have any garages or anything that it's located on these 2 maps.

If it still crashes, you should upload a new game.log with the changes made.

Finally, it is working again. I had to disable Volga map also, and now it runs smoothly.
