Middle-East Addon loadorder

Hello,

I read in description of Middle-East Addon it needs to be above the MAIN Promods pack.
Leaves me with 2 questions to have the order perfect:
1. does It go above the def of Promods 2.41?
I now have without Middle East this order:

ProMods 2.41 -Def
ProMods 2.41 -Map
ProMods 2.41 -Models 1
ProMods 2.41 -Models 2
ProMods 2.41 -Models 3
ProMods 2.41 -Media
ProMods 2.41 -Assets

2. order with Middle East is middle-east def above, below comes the assets and then def promds followed by the rest?
So it would look like this?

Middel-East 2.41- DEF
Middle-East 2.41 - assets

ProMods 2.41 -Def
ProMods 2.41 -Map
ProMods 2.41 -Models 1
ProMods 2.41 -Models 2
ProMods 2.41 -Models 3
ProMods 2.41 -Media
ProMods 2.41 -Assets

Hope someone can tell me if I understood correct.
At time of writing loadorder maps was not updated yet with Middle-East addon.

Middle-East addon is not added in that topic yet, i already looked there.
Guess Scandinavian map addon for Promods might give the clue, will use that order for now.

Assuming def always goes on top of the other files of the addon?

But map positioning is wrong after using this add-on with this load order.
Any suggestions how to fix it?
