I try to locate what causes the missing textures on various (random) objects. They appeare as black objects without textures.
If you have any ideas please share with me.

I would recommend to launch the game in Direct-X, not in OpenGL - Map mods are not well optimized for OpenGL (in your case Southern Region).

the cause of This problem are that the .dds files of the texture is in a slightly wrong Format. So they Need to be fixed in order to get them working with OpenGL properly.

Thanks a lot guys, launching in DirectX mode has fixed this issue.
