World map is offset with recommended load order 2

Hi guys, I'm newbie.
I insert myself in the speech to tell my experience.
I downloaded Promods, RusMap, Russian Open Space and Southern Region and I would like to understand the order in which to load ROS Map too.
Where can I find a sufficiently large background map to display all the maps together?
I found broken roads between Rostock and Berlin and I don't know if it's my fault, can you help me? Elsewhere I don't know because I can't visualize them being over the edges
