Trying a new browser and file still appearing corrupt. No antivirus, no firewall, nothing.

How do you know it's corrupt if it's still downloading?

@HazardTheDutchAD, I just want to make sure: when you are using the free download (multi-part archive) are you sure that all seven parts have exactly the same filename (except for the extensions: .001, .002, .003, etc)? Your last picture shows a filename of "promods-v241.7z (1).002". It is the "(1)" portion that concerns me. All 7 files must have exactly the same filename in order for the file tester or 7zip/WinRar to work properly on the archive. The "(1)" indicates that you already downloaded the file before and are now downloading a second copy (the browser/Windows renames the file like this to prevent conflicts). If any of the files have "(1)" then the archive will fail the file test and fail to extract (none of the files should have "(1)").
