My game has a similar problem. It crashes on the loading screen and in a few minutes it goes back to work and when it completes the bar it closes.

Perhaps you should try following the instructions and post a game.log, like everyone else does in the research you did?
"My game doesn't work, please help me" is pretty much zero information to go on for anyone, charitable or not.
