Game incompatible with new 2.43 update

Regards to all.
I have a similar problem and do not know why it was created. I would like some explanation and advice on how to fix it. I have an updated version of the game (1.36.2.17). I downloaded "ProMod 2.43" complete with the "def" file, placed the extracted modes in the mods folder, started the game and went to "Mod Manager" ... All downloaded modes are INCOMPATIBLE with the game. Why!? What's the mistake? I would be very grateful if anyone would like to explain to me why this happened. When the game says it's incompatible you should click on the I (INFO) icon and it will tell you why.
You are probably missing one or multiple DLCs
