It happens every time I'm in the quick job screen and freight market. The external freight market works fine and so does the cargo market. If any outdated mods are causing it please let me know and I'll try disabling them

I would suggest to try to add only Promods and add one by one mod until you found the culprit.
Remove mods that don't work correctly and not needed, and find newest updates for mods you want to still use.
