I play ETS2 1.35 and i cant get custom DEF file for 2.42 someone explain how?
You have to modify it yourself, using a text editing software of your choice.

How do i edit the file its just a bunch of randoms symbol when i open it in textpad
What do you want to change? GPS colors? Damage? Map zoom for RusMap?
.sii files are just text files, even Notepad will open them.
