I put in ProMods into my ETS2 directory but game keeps crashing, here's my log file

1) bad loading order. place map mods always at the bottom in the mod manager.
2) you use 2 different graphic/weather mods, that can cause problems.
3) if you will stay with Realistic Graphics Mod v4.0 (by Frkn64), then you need his ProMods addon, check his Workshop page.
fix that and try again.
