Def file not working?

Alright, so the map was slightly unaligned so I removed all my mods (except ProMods) to check what it was, but it was fine. I then added RusMap and well...the map speaks for itself.
The really annoying thing is that I tried redownloading the ProMods def file, with the RusMap compatibility checked, and the issue still persisted, I tried every possible load order on the game and I don't have any other mods.
