it keeps on freezing when loading

after updating it has been freezing in the load screen and it saved to an SSD. I was waiting for 25 mins and nothing happen and i could even alt-tab over. I had to alt ctrl del and click restart. everything is up to date. I have put the mods in the load order as is recommended.i don't know y this is and it's only with this game.

You need to wait until the game finished creating the navigation cache, don't try to close the game yourself.

i did what Rudi Raser said to do and it took 45 mins to load.

only at the first load, since it's creating the navigation cache. After that it'll load faster

and it´s up to your CPU. with ProMods only the first load takes around 3 minutes for me. (I7 4790k + SSD hard drive)
45 minutes is veeeeeeeery long. maybe his PC is overheating and his CPU works because of that slower, no idea?
